Three progressive modules take you from the foundations of biomechanics and core stability through advanced programming for special populations and elite movers. Complete the track and you'll be ready to teach — and inspire — in any Pilates studio setting.

Reformer 1
Biomechanics, core stability, and the essential beginning Reformer repertoire
Reformer 1 introduces the biomechanical foundation of the Pilates method — functional core strength, lumbopelvic and scapular stability, alignment assessment, and flexibility. Pre-Pilates exercises are included for teaching key principles to beginners.
By the end of Reformer 1 you will be equipped to teach a beginning Reformer class or private training session with clarity and confidence.

Reformer 2
Complex movements, special populations, and dynamic class design
Reformer 2 expands the repertoire with intermediate and advanced exercises alongside program designs for special populations — including pre- and post-natal clients and those with osteoporosis or lower back injuries. Dynamic assessment and correcting common dysfunctional movement patterns are also covered.

Super-advanced movement sequences and the Principle Based Programming System
Reformer 3 is the pinnacle of the Reformer certification track. Advanced and super-advanced exercises challenge clients to reach their highest potential, while progressive sequences develop elite movement skills. The Principle Based Programming System is introduced to help you design effective, inspiring classes for any client.
