Movement Principles is the gateway course for all Balanced Body education and is required before taking Mat 1 or Reformer 1. It forms the foundation of Balanced Body's curriculum — bringing together anatomy, assessment, biomechanics, and essential movement exercises into one cohesive, practical course.
Broken down into five categories — Whole Body Movement, Trunk Integration, Lower Body Strength and Power, Upper Body Strength and Balance, and Dynamic Flexibility, Rest and Relaxation — you'll leave with a complete toolkit for working with clients of all levels and needs.
