Neck & Shoulders

Movement Workshop  ·  2 Days  ·  14 hrs

With Jennifer Gianni

Restore ease and function to the most overloaded region of the modern body

Neck and shoulder complaints are among the most common reasons clients seek out a Pilates instructor — yet few continuing education programs give this complex region the depth it deserves. This two-day intensive examines the cervical spine, scapular girdle, and shoulder joint as an integrated system, exploring how dysfunction in one area drives compensation throughout the entire chain.

Jennifer Gianni brings her signature anatomy-led approach to movement educators who want to assess with precision, cue with confidence, and design sessions that genuinely change how their clients hold and move through the world.
